The i-S² series 3D CNC wire bending machines are based off of our i-S series design, but we added an additional bend head mounted on a traverse bend axis. The second bend head opens a multitude of options that are impossible to create on a single head bender. The flexibility of nose and mandrel bending in one machine provides incredible versatility.

The i-S² 3D CNC wire bending machine also lends itself to bending tubing from coil with the addition of our in-line scoring or chamfering options.

Applications

Multitude of 2 and 3 dimensional parts from Construction ties, torque rods for Automotive seating, out door and agricultural equipment, HVAC, levers, grills, linkages, hooks, Furniture parts, POP display, racks, Mandrel bent parts and tubing parts bent off of a coil such as brakelines, Air compressor lines, refrigeration tubing.
