This American made machine make quick work of the complex seat border wires for Ford F150, F250, and Trailblazer and Tesla model 3 and X. The i8-D has also found in the manufacturing of the large Costco shopping carts and is the tool of choice for high end oven racks.

The i8-D is often paired with our robotic crimping press and rotary parts rack. This amazing machine utilizes up to 18 servo motor controls and is designed for lean off-coil production with it's completely integrated servo controlled rotary straightener and cutter which eliminates transport labor and make wire lengths on demand.
