i13-Flex
The i13-Flex is the "high-speed” FlexScreen bending line designed for licensees with larger-volume production needs. With advanced engineering enhancements, it can produce laser engraved frames at up to 250 parts per hour. The machine features innovations like automated ERP driven programming and laser engraving , expanded bending-radius capabilities, Stainless Steel table and light screen activated Safe Motion safety features.
FS-600
The FS-600 is a smartly engineered all servo FlexScreen frame bender designed for lower-volume operations. It includes key production features such as four-sided laser engraving, Direct from ERP production and engraving capability, and reliable servo-driven operation. Controlled through a custom 10-inch HMI interface, the FS-600 provides the essential tools needed to produce precise, high-quality FlexScreen frames with consistency. This model produces approximately 120 frames per hour.
