Parts were being completed on multiple fully attended machines. Our solution was to use our intellimate robot package with quick-change grippers to connect seamlessly from our i10-S\u00b2 bender to perform all their secondary operations in-line in a perfect lean cell &#8211; eliminating most of the labor cost and freed up valuable floor space. This was a perfect application for our iFM 10-4-3\u00a03-axis machining center which could make our customer\u2019s unique machined burr-free profile concurrent to the bending process.
