Parts were being completed on multiple fully attended machines. Our solution was to use our intellimate robot package with quick-change grippers to connect seamlessly from our i10-S\u00b2 bender to perform all their secondary operations in-line in a perfect lean cell &#8211; eliminating most of the labor cost and freed up valuable floor space. This was a perfect application for our iFM 10-4-3\u00a03-axis machining center which could make our customer\u2019s unique machined burr-free profile concurrent to the bending process. By integrating an air-over-oil press, we created an end forming detail with minimal cost and space over a full-size press and our chamfering unit saved a ton of labor which was utilized elsewhere in their plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"builder2seo\"><\/span>Cellule d&#039;automatisation de liaison de porte<br><br><p><span>Notre client avait besoin d&#039;une solution pour plier les fils et r\u00e9aliser des processus secondaires pour une tr\u00e8s large gamme de tringleries de porte. En int\u00e9grant une presse air-huile, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9tail de formage d&#039;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avec un co\u00fbt et un espace minimes par rapport \u00e0 une presse pleine grandeur et notre unit\u00e9 de chanfreinage a \u00e9conomis\u00e9 une tonne de main d&#039;\u0153uvre qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e ailleurs dans leur usine.<\/span><span>Ce type de cellule est parfait pour les familles de pi\u00e8ces avec proc\u00e9d\u00e9s secondaires. Les clients appr\u00e9cient la facilit\u00e9 avec laquelle le logiciel Intellibend associe chaque pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 un programme robotique pour des changements rapides.
