Parts were being completed on multiple fully attended machines. Our solution was to use our intellimate robot package with quick-change grippers to connect seamlessly from our i10-S\u00b2 bender to perform all their secondary operations in-line in a perfect lean cell &#8211; eliminating most of the labor cost and freed up valuable floor space. This was a perfect application for our iFM 10-4-3\u00a03-axis machining center which could make our customer\u2019s unique machined burr-free profile concurrent to the bending process. By integrating an air-over-oil press, we created an end forming detail with minimal cost and space over a full-size press and our chamfering unit saved a ton of labor which was utilized elsewhere in their plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"builder2seo\"><\/span>T\u00fcrgest\u00e4nge-Automatisierungszelle<br><br><p><span>Unser Kunde ben\u00f6tigte eine L\u00f6sung zum Drahtbiegen und zur Durchf\u00fchrung von Sekund\u00e4rprozessen f\u00fcr eine sehr gro\u00dfe Auswahl an T\u00fcrgest\u00e4ngen. Teile wurden auf mehreren vollst\u00e4ndig bedienten Maschinen fertiggestellt. Unsere L\u00f6sung bestand darin, unsere zu verwenden <a href=\"https:\/\/ipautomationinc.com\/de\/zubehor\/robotik\/\">intelligenter Roboter<\/a> package with quick-change grippers to connect seamlessly from our i10-S\u00b2 bender to perform all their secondary operations in-line in a perfect lean cell &#8211; eliminating most of the labor cost and freed up valuable floor space.<\/span><span>Dies war eine perfekte Anwendung f\u00fcr uns <a href=\"https:\/\/ipautomationinc.com\/de\/zubehor\/bearbeitungszentrum\/\">iFM 10-4-3<\/a> 3-Achsen-Bearbeitungszentrum, das gleichzeitig mit dem Biegeprozess das einzigartige, gratfreie Profil unseres Kunden herstellen kann. Durch die Integration einer Luft-\u00fcber-\u00d6l-Presse haben wir ein Endformungsdetail mit minimalen Kosten und Platzbedarf im Vergleich zu einer Presse voller Gr\u00f6\u00dfe geschaffen und unsere Anfaseinheit hat eine Menge Arbeit eingespart, die an anderer Stelle in ihrem Werk eingesetzt wurde.<\/span><span>Dieser Zelltyp eignet sich perfekt f\u00fcr Teilefamilien mit Sekund\u00e4rprozessen. Kunden lieben es, wie einfach es f\u00fcr die Intellibend-Software ist, jedes Teil einem Roboterprogramm zuzuordnen, um schnelle Umr\u00fcstungen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Unser Intellibend-Roboterpaket umfasst Fanuc-Roboter.
